Exchange Policy

At SavoryOh, every pack of makhana is thoughtfully crafted, carefully packed, and quality-checked to ensure freshness and flavour. As our products are consumable in nature, refunds are not offered once an order has been delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

In the unlikely event of an issue, we are pleased to offer an exchange in the following cases:

The product received is expired

An incorrect flavour has been delivered

The product arrives damaged

Exchange Process

Customers are requested to notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging may be required for verification.

Where required, customers may be requested to courier the unopened product back to us for verification.
In such cases, return courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Upon successful verification, an exchange for the same product will be arranged at the earliest.

Kindly Note

Exchanges cannot be accommodated for change of mind or taste preferences.

Requests received beyond the specified time frame may not be eligible.
